The difference will be the service intervals and and you have to consider the the All Wheel Drive on the Subaru will have more parts on it which could require more repairs down the road. It all comes down to how much you value your safety. I have driven Subarus and Hondas for years and like them both. I prefer the Subaru because of the safety and handling in the bad weather. We are the same age and grade too! Ok so i don't exactly go "simple" very often. I start with concealer for eyes and acne. Then I add Maybelline dream matte powder over it. After, I use Maybelline unstoppable eyeliner in onyx color. Now it the eyelashes, which gets complicated. I curl my eyelashes and then apply a coat of Rimmel y curves mascara. The next coat is Maybelline great lash. The last coat is Maybelline falsies mascara ( i save the best for last!). Then I use an eyelash comb to brush through them. I'm Half White/Half Mexican and I Don't Speak Spanish!?

I absolutely love both of my astounding parents - mom who is white and father who is one hundred percent mexican. I'd say from a personal standpoint, I look 75% mexican and 25% white but usually, people ume that I am full mexican at first glance. However, I dont speak spanish! While I never really feel embared or rebuked at times when people/friends say: "What! no habla espanol?", I really would like to become very fluent at one point time or another, at least before I graduate from UC Irvine. Im 18 now, and I've taken quite a few spanish cles but it just seems that the workload from other cles always tends to outdo the actual learning aspect of spanish - in other words, I usually find myself studying just for the grade itself, rather than learning the language in its completeness (again, due to the workload of other cles). Landlord is letting us freeze?

So we gave our notice to move out last month. We are due to move out the end of the month. well the same night that the blizzard hit CT our heater broke, its been on the fritz and their mechanic claimed nothing was wrong with it last time he came by. So I called the landlord and he asked "aren't you guys moving out?" (in a very indignant tone) he then told us to call the gas company to see if they would send someone out for free due to some insurance plan he had with them. I called and they said that plan expired a couple years ago. Now the landlord is not returning my calls, nor are any of his real estate agents. The temp of the apt has dropped below 50 and we can not afford space heaters or to have it repaired ourselves.... tell me isn't this illegal?... but what can we do? its like they are saying, "well we aren't getting any more money out of you so why would your comfort benefit us?"

I've been to an STD clinic twice about it, and both times got the all clear for other infections and got given antibiotics, which only helped for about a week after the course was finished. I've been using plain yoghurt tampons and taking lactobacillus acidophilius tablets, along with folic acid tablets, over the past few days and there seems to be a big improvement but does this mean I have to continue doing this for the rest of my life? I've met someone new who I really like and who likes me but the idea of taking everything to the next level when I have this condition seems like hell, I can't explain it to him. Even my ex used to complain (before I found out what it was), and so as a result I went through a phase of washing three or four times a day, which in retrospect probably made it worse. I'm 22 now and I've read a lot about bacterial vaginosis and I know that it can cause problems with fertility and childbirth, which worries me even more. Is there a way of combatting it permanently or do I just have to learn to manage it from now on rather than curing it?

If you are trying to work professionally buy the best you can afford because you'll be using them every day and you'll need tools you can rely on for years and that can take hard use. If you're doing stuff around the house you might not need pro quality tools. I've got a Ryobi router with a table and it works great for what I do with it. I wouldn't try to make furniture but it works great for shaping the edges of shelving, making plunge cuts, etc. I have a Sears compound miter saw that's been a great time saver. It's got a laser but most of the time I don't rely on it. Check the square of your blades to the tables with a carpenter's square before starting projects. OK first off, the guy really has no clue what he's talking about. That said there is a HUGE rivalry between branches of the Armed Forces. The Marines are the Presidents own. (Uncle Sam's Mindless Children) and all the other branches are jealous. The Army gets the best bullet launchers (I was Army and got a lot of grief from my Marine Uncle) Air Force (farce) (wing wipers) are the fast strike of the military and the Navy (squids/ mop heads, etc) are the sea farers. What can I do to help my dry skin?

Every day/night the second i step out of the shower my skin is like sandpaper and scaly. I hate having to go into my bathroom 100 times to put water on my face and use this oil free moisturizer that still leaves my skin so dry. Seems to me you see more broader "big picture" shots...and I would only begin to guess, that is because so much money is being poured into special effects now vs. close ups. A lot of the bankroll is put into scenery now, and that is what the majority of viewers look for, the whole thing, the background, the buildings the skies, oceans, or surrounding cast in the background, not just the main couple actors or actresses. And I'm sure the greed factor plays into it too. Somewhere along the lines, somebody undoubtedly wanted an ungodly amount of money for shots like that, and they (whoever they are) decided no more...one less demand. How to get iPhone out of recovery mode?

Ok, im not an expert, but over the course of the last month or so I leveled my mage from 1to 85, and I found that dungeons level you up waaay faster than quests. If you wanted to get up to high levels quickly I would recommend playing a druid, this is because they can que in the dungeon finder as both a tank and healer, making your wait for a group about 10 seconds instead of 10 minutes. Of course you would need to stick with tank or healer until you got your dual spec ability and could get both. Going with the Feral talent tree would probably be your best bet in the earlier levels just so you can get the dungeon groups super quick and do more difficult quests when you get sick of dungeons and want a break. So yea... thats my 5 cents. Random dungeons are the way to go for lvling nowadays. (they also made lving from 70-80 20% faster, so that rocks)

I'm a junior in high school and I've played basketball since 3rd grade. I played freshman and sopre year but I got cut this year. (everyone said I should have made it btw ) and I was pretty mad. Need a little legal help with a land transaction?

We moved into our home 6 years ago. A neighbor of ours has a barb wire fence in the back. About a 1/10th of an acre of the neighbors is on our side of the fence. We just found this out about 2 months ago. We always thought it was part of our yard so we have done all the maintenance on this piece of property since we moved here and the neighbor has never told us that was his land. We even built a shed on this land a couple years ago and he still said nothing. Now he wants us to pay $1000 for this property all of a sudden. We talked to an appraiser about it and he said it was only worth $500. So we offered $500 to him for it and he refused it. But, my question is that since we have been doing all maintenance on it and was never told otherwise should we go ahead and pay for it or do we have leagl rights to it? If we don't he says he is going to move the fence closer then it would just a few feet from our back patio and that would suck. I live in Mississippi by the way if that helps.

my wife took a mamography test 6 months ago. it all came back clear. about 3 weeks ago she noticed a lump on her . then 5 days later she noticed a on her underpit. we went to the doctor took a mamography, biopsy,and a sonar gram. the test came back positive. its in her lymph nodes. they dont know the extent of it yet whether it spread. we have an appointment with a doctor in sloan kettering on dec 29th. she will be going for further testing and speak to the surgeon. the tumor is an inch in her . by the way it hurt and the bump under her armpit hurt. waiting a week for these tests isnt that to long? what are the chances that the cancer has spread to other parts of her body? my heart is bleeding for her i cry at night by myself. im positive when i am with her. i have 3 little children and im flipping out inside. do you think we will get through this with a positive outcome? the term metastatic was used. however is it true metastatic in such a short time frame?

I use leg cuffs (shackles) on my feet and place my feet around some object to stabilize them so I can keep them in one place. Otherwise, I can't keep my feet on the ground when doing sit-ups. It works surprisingly well.

Hello, having been to Gatwick myself many times to see the landing aircraft, the best place is the perimeter road it is in the flight path of landing aircraft, you also see them taking off and taxiing. They come very close to your head, very drafty when the huge emirates 777 flies over :). To get to the road you have to p through the main terminal, virgin atlantics check in. It's called 26l inner perimeter check out spotters wiki. There is also a flight of stairs you have to go down , then after that you will notice the planes :) quite exciting :D

Move pictures slightly in photoshop elements?

'joiners', where you join lots of pictures of one scene together to make an overall picture of the same scene. The trouble i'm having is aligning the photos. Is there anyway to move pictures in photoshop but only minimally? i've been trying to move them with the mouse, but it is moving them too far. HELP! I have a debate coming up where I have to advocate that the victim or the victims family should be allowed to decide the punishment of a criminal that has been found guilty. Every argument I think of, I can think of a counter argument. Justice is supposed to be blind and letting the victims emotions decide the punishment seems wrong but that's what I have to argue. I think I'm going to mention that the crime at hand, would have to involve murder then the family could decide. How do I argue that without it infringing on the constitution or it being eye for an eye? How do I prove eye for an eye can be a good thing? Oh I'm in so much trouble. Please help!

My Lab/German Shepherd mix is shedding EXCESSIVELY... does anyone have any insight?

He is 18 months old, and does not have a thick coat. His coat is thinner than a lab's, . He actually has places on his underbelly that are completely bare (it has been this way since he is was a puppy). We got him bathed this past weekend (we bathe him every 4-6 weeks), and since then he has been losing an excessive amount of fur. If I run my hand through his fur, I end up with a FISTFULL of hair. I can see all the roots... it's pretty disturbing. He does have natrually dry skin and hair, and has been on a nutritional supplement since he was a pup to help with that. He eats Science Diet dry and wet food. He is a very well taken care of dog... gets daily walks/runs, goes to the vet regularly. I called the vet and they said I did not HAVE to bring him in unless I started to see bald spots, but I'm thinking about taking him in anyways. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I've never seen a dog shed like this before. Could it be the dryness of my home or may it be serious?

I believe it depends both on the type of novel and what you mean by "attracted." I think "love" in the intellectual sense would be a better choice of word. I "love" powerful, self-sacrificing characters with mysterious pasts and a strong sense of morality in Fantasy novels because I believe that is the best personality for an adult fantasy protagonist. For a mystery, romance, or other kind of story I would have a different set of criteria.

Alright...I started out with two cats (Pepper and Ginger) they are both around 3 years old now. Just a couple weeks ago, my mother found a poor baby kitten in the road and we took her in. (we named her Abby) At first she stayed locked up in one room while she was recovering from numerous health problems. About a week ago we let her out...and now she roams free. The problem is Pepper, who is my baby girl, always has slept at the foot of my bed, but now Abby keeps coming in my room, chasing her, swatting at her, and making tons of noise, then she takes Pepper's spot, and I feel SO bad. I can't lock Abby out of my room though because Ginger likes to attack her and stalk her and every time i put Abby off the bed she jumps back on...relentlessly, until I just have to deal with it. What can I do to tell Abby that she's not the boss?

I was detained at my local kamrt store tonight. short version: I was with my 8mo old son and he was in his car seat, which was inside the cart. I was there for about an hour and was originally looking to purchase some shorts for summer. being that they have a godawful selection, i proceeded to other departments (shoes,automotive,grocery) when i remembered that i needed double edge razors($4.89) for my vintage shaver. anyway, i make my way over to the blades, and place them inside the cart. Fine. then i roll on over to the grocery isle (remember, my 8 month old son is in the cart with his huge carseat) I get to the cookie isle, when i notice my son (who was unstrapped at the time but laying inside the seat) was moving around and grabbing for things. i became concerned that he may just grab the blades and even tho they were in a package, i took precautions anyway, and slid them underneath his seat so that he didnt see them. Well, i grabbed my cookies, and looked around a bit longer and proceeded to checkout. I became distracted by some other customers conversations about the wait in line (the slow cashiers and only 2 lanes open in the entire store). I finally was up to pay for my cookies and did so. I left the store with my son still in the cart,and a smile on my face due to my cookie purchase. well, i get to the exit and the doors open and i see this little short, fat thing in my face identifying herself as kmarts "loss prevention" official. Loss prevention? no, you mean "loss my damn mind"!!...she confronted me about the razor blades, and immdiatley i remembered what she was talking about. I was soo shocked that i actually slappede my forhead with my palm,cause i had totally forgot about them in the few minutes that transpired between picking them up and buying them. well, this 4 by 4 chikc grabbed my cart with my son in it and told me to follow her in to the back of the store. she knew i wouldnt go anywhere if she had my son with her . I was in shock and followed her to a dimly lit room with an uncomfortable chair and a Dorito stench. the room smelled like open . like they had been sitting there for hours watching people in an enclosed room on a monitor. well, all kidding aside, i tried over and over explaining what happened but she replied" cut the bs", "you know what you did"..well, after that i just gave her all the info she wanted (except ss#). the more i tried explaining i guess, i started to sound guilty. anyway, she made me sign a form that said someting like "civil something", and told me that i would have to pay back up to 10 times the amount I "stole"..she also told me that she see soo many women conceal smaller items in their kids car seats, so i shouldnt even bother explaining it anymore...in other words, iam guilty and just pay the fine. Now iam expecting to be extorted by some half witted law firm/collection agency capitalizing on my error and demanding payments totalling about 50.00....so, can i contest this? it this right? I swear i would NEVER steal anything...ESPECIALLY with my 8 month old son in tow!! has this ever happened to anyone???

Does anyone know a good type of tarantula?

Hi..I might be getting a tarantula soon, and i would like someone to tell me a good type. I want it to be a moderate sized one..Maybe just big enough to eat pinkies, and a not very aggressive, i was thinking of getting a Mexican Red Rump Tarantula but i found out they were aggressive. I might get a Chilean Rose Hair Tarantula, but i don't know if there aggressive/too big/too small. Or a Mexican red knee tarantula. I already have a pet spider, but its a small-ish house spider, maybe about as big as the tip of a 10 yr olds finger and leg span about 3/4 of a cm. That proves i can take care of it! =D I also have a bearded dragon, and i wouldn't want the tarantula devouring that =/ Also i have a cat, dog, hamster and fish. How do I get my one-year-old to hold my hand in public?

that is what the leash was made for :) I used the backpack leash while teaching my daughter how to walk with me, holding my hand, but it also prevented her from darting away. The rule was hold my hand or be in the stroller, but at one...there are some times they get away from you. The leash without also hand holding can be prob;ematic IMO, especially if you have a runner :) because they will run and then when they run out the slack the suddun stop will make them fall. I was never able to just let mine walk "on the leash" on her own. It was just a saftey backup. I was also pregnant with #2 at the time and when brother came along it was invaluable because if one takes off, you cant leave the baby in the stroller or shopping cart to chase the toddler.

So my good friend live in a court adacent to my street, and there basically my second family, id rather be there than at my house. I have just turned 18 3 days ago, and before this my parents would blow my phone up tellin me to come home at 11 and cuh, which i think is understandable. BUT, i told them whnei turned 18, i want more leeway..i have never done anything for them not to trust me.. and its right down the street, and if i come home in the morning in time to go to schoool, i see NO problem, So tonight i was watching Twilight, completely harmless and its like 12 and my moms like come home, and i told her no. and Then my dad calls, and blah. I say no, im stayin the night, when in actuality im walkng as were speakin, very pissed off. So am i in the wrong for wanting to be trusted and just stay the night at my friends? I hated school also, because most of the children where I was at only cared about how many friends they had rather then their academics. I appreciated what it taught me, but I was always told an educated child can be the most uneducated without common sense, and knowledge of the street.

Somewhere cool might be something like a more run-down or industrial area that isn't as "pretty" on the outside, especially if you're going to pose people in front of it, because it would be a nice juxtaposition. Maybe even somewhere like Cabbagetown that has a lot of tornado damage. Also, Little Five Points has a bunch of interesting buildings and people, and lots of cool things like graffiti on the walls everywhere.
