Did i eat well?i need advice.?

i ate 6 pieces of cantaloupe(little squares) a croissant half a challah roll a half a coffe mug of cereal and milk and drank some water. i ran .76 ofa mile on my treadmill i was babysitting so i walked the children to there friends house and we ran half the way back(for fun) and i walked around the mall(was shopping is that healthy if i want to be on a diet. or should i eat less need advice.
