It makes me feel awkward asking my parents if i can shave?

Ok so i am 14 and i have peach fuzz that i think is unattractive. But i feel awkward asking my parents if i can start shaving. Not to bragg or anything but i was rated the 3rd hottest kid in the school so do you think it looks better with or without the fuzz?
