What is the actual name of Kyle Dunnigan's song Hold On?

Dunnigan pretends to begin playing a good song then messes up and says "hold on" which is the punchline since the song is supposed to be called "hold on". He says its about a girlfriend that moved away but obviously that was the set up for the joke. Is this an actual song that he is copying and purposely messing up? Is there any way to hear the full song? Does it have a name? Thanks.
