Where can I buy a ring like this?

I once saw a ring in a jewelry store in Cape Cod that had multiple starfish connected together. It was gold but came in silver too. They also had ones that had scallop and clam shells too. Do you know the manufacturer or stores that sell these online? I don't think it is actually Cape Cod jewelry, but it's like that.
