Everytime i get a spot on my face it has a hair in the middle and when i pull it has a coated shaft?

i pull the hair out and it has a white, tranparent waxy coating around the shaft. i know i dont suffer from acne cuz my checks are flawless and this only accurs in the beard area of my face and between the eyebrows where few hairs grow. i think it may be folliculitis but everytime i google it, the only thing that comes up is in regard to ingrown hairs. my hairs are not ingrown the sprut out normal but have a waxy coating. plllllllllllease help. ive bin for laser hair removal and are awaiting the hair to fall out. will this cure it?
