This isn't too big of a deal; I'm not exactly sure what would cause it other than a lack of sleep basically. Perhaps your primary focus is on working out. If you really want to improve memory, one good way is to write down everything you've done today in a journal or something. Eventually, start writing not only what you've done today, but also the day before, and as you get better, all the way since a week ago, etc. This includes specific foods eaten, etc.
