Black Hills-Beautiful area-until Labor day-I left (20 yrs.ago) 65 degree weather there in middle of Sept-when I got home (MA) 4 days later-they had 20 degrees and 24" of snow on ground. Rapid City right down the street-and it's a 3 hr drive but SEE DEVIL'S TOWER.
