There is a really mean kid?

There is this kid at my school who is really mean to me. I mean, hes so fricking annoying. He makes fun of me constantly because of my race. He moves my stuff, desk, chair, etc. he thinks everybody likes him but we all think hes such a douschebag... i try to ignore him but he wont quit it. Hes a frickin queer, how to i deal with this? Just so you know i cant fight him hed probably win... :( HELP!!!
