Is the human race growing to become more stupid?

Not like do we know less as time goes on. But are humans naturally becoming less able to learn. Not educationally, but ability to learn. Those who have the most offspring are the uneducated ones in our society. So doesn't it make sense that more and more uneducated people will be born and less of those who are more adept at learning will be born?
