What is a good cl for wasteland (MW2)?

I usually manage to get 1-4 kills firing noob tubes at the beginning of the game when I am on wasteland. I then use one man army to switch to a cl, but I have only got one harrier. What is a good cl set up so it is easier to get the harrier?
