Any good Diets?? I keep racking up the scale!?

Does anybody now and good, fast diets?? Please help I keep gaining weight! Right now in one day I eat 1 slice of toast with er, peanut er, and jam for breakfast, cottage cheese for lunch (100 cal pkg), 2 vanilla cookies, dinner varies but an example would be 1/2 cup of spaghetti with small caesar salad, 1 piece of garlic toast.
