Why are good questions removed or deleted?

well a question one finds offencive without cause can be reported and a lot depends on the moderators reactions, or interpretation of the rules, this is why i try to keep my answers short and sweet as well because they can be used against you as well in the same way which can be upsetting at times - keep your q's and a's clean and inoffensive and good luck to you..
