Best venice hotel location?

I'd pick the third one. It's right on St Mark's Basin, opposite St Georgio Maggiore island, and very close to Piazza San Marco, so you'll be close to the water as soon as you walk out of the hotel. In addition it's near a vaporetto stop which makes it easy to get to and from Santa Lucia train station or the Piazzale Roma with your luggage.
